RETURNS
You may return any unopened item for a refund, for any reason within 10 days of receipt of your shipment. If you feel a product is defective, or chose to return the unopened item, please email us at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to receive authorization and specific instruction on returning the product. Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from the, Dwyer Spices website. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed unless the return was a result of our error or a product defect.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be promptly credited back to your credit card. In the event you ordered by check, a credit will be issued against future purchases. All return must be first be approved by emailing us at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with an explanation of why you wish to return the item. You should receive a response within 2-3 business days. Wholesale orders will receive a credit issued against future purchases and must be approve by Dwyer Spices. We can only refund shipping fees if the return was a result of our error.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
Receive the shipment and sign the delivery receipt with “exception” in case of a damaged package(s). Contact your local USPS within 48 hours and report the damaged package(s) and request an on-site inspection of the damaged goods. USPS will instruct you on how to proceed.

NEVER release the product to USPS. USPS will provide you with an identification number that you need to report by emailing us at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We will contact you with a confirmation that USPS has accepted your claim, and will advise you of the proper way to handle the return of your shipment. You will receive credit (original price) upon receipt of the damaged package.

Please Note: You must notify Dwyer Spices by emailing us of a shipping discrepancy no later that 14 days from the invoice/ship date. Requests received after 14 days will not be honored.
